Superintendent

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Track progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal construction regulations.
