Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to address any challenges or changes in scope.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with building codes.
  • Lead and motivate on-site teams, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure the implementation of safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
