Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Enforce safety standards and quality control procedures
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and trades
  • Solve problems proactively and maintain a productive job site

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
