Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily field operations and coordinate site activities.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions in real-time.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
