Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction activities and manage field personnel
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and trades
  • Monitor quality control and resolve field issues promptly

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and scheduling
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • OSHA certification and familiarity with Procore or similar platforms preferred
