Superintendent

• Lead all field operations for DSA school and educational facility projects.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and inspections.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, DSA standards, and project documentation.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors to drive project success.
• Mentor and develop field staff while promoting a strong team culture.
