Superintendent

• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct quality control inspections to uphold high construction standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
• Supervise and lead construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and project records.
