Description

The Site Superintendent is responsible for: * reporting to the Director of Field Operations * overseeing two Assistant Superintendents at a given time * serving as the primary contact for all subcontractors * managing the quality of work on site, day-to-day.

The Successful Applicant

* at least 3-7+ years of construction experience * Worked on ground up or interior projects $50M+ * Experience working on hotels, or luxury high-end units/projects is a plus * Looking for someone who has a strong leadership experience and has the ability to communicate clearly * The ability to interface with clients and effectively handle their requests * As a site representative, must have clear communication skills, and a professional demeanour.
