Job Description

  • Lead field operations on a large healthcare project (Wake Forest Baptist Institute)
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
  • Collaborate with project management to resolve issues proactively
  • Maintain timelines and budgets for projects over $25M

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience in the construction field, preferably within the Business Services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical documentation.
