Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and on-site activities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules and reports.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets established standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5-7+ years experience as a Lead Superintendent
  • Strong background in K-12 projects (Higher Ed or large public commercial work also considered)
  • Excellent tenure and stability in previous roles (no frequent job changes)
  • Ability to lead teams and maintain high safety and quality standards
