• Oversee daily operations on construction sites in Raleigh, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues promptly.
• Ensure all materials and resources are available for uninterrupted workflow.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor team members to promote a skilled workforce.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
