Superintendent

• Manage daily on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards.
• Maintain accurate records, including daily reports and schedules.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure adherence to building codes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams.
