Due to exciting growth, they are seeking an experience supplier quality engineer to drive improvement and be a key representative of the company to their core suppliers.Job DescriptionConduct routine supplier audits to verify compliance with quality standardsPerform on‑site supplier audits (approximately 30-60% travel required)Complete risk assessments and related documentationDevelop and implement supplier quality and delivery control processes, including supporting auditsTrack, analyze, and report supplier performance metricsPartner with suppliers to address quality concerns and drive corrective actionsReview and approve supplier quality documentationManage supplier non‑conformance reports and coordinate timely issue resolutionLead supplier development initiatives to support continuous improvementProvide supplier training through on‑site sessions and remote learningSupport supplier selection and qualification activitiesMaintain and manage the Approved Vendor List (on‑boarding and release)Support new product development by ensuring supplier quality requirements are metManage and support internal corrective action processes to drive continuous improvementOversee and maintain the calibration system, ensuring compliance and accuracyMaintain BMS document control, including updates and distributionAdminister and manage Repair Station documentation and the training databaseAssist with additional projects and responsibilities assigned by the Quality ManagerMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
