What You'll Do:

• Develop a sourcing strategy to identify talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Solicit and screen candidates fit for open positions.
• Leverage internal recruiting resources to identify talent.
• Facilitate the recruiting process - talk to candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview prep and scheduling to feedback, offers and negotiations.
• Manage and keep candidate records updated and accurate in ATS.
• Build a robust and dynamic personal brand via networking efforts and rich working relationships.
• Maintain candidate relationships for future opportunities and always think ahead to the next great match.
