• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
• Oversee inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing and delivery timelines.
• Analyze data to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and supply chain operations.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals.
• Manage budgets and forecasts for supply chain activities.
