This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery of products and services while maintaining the highest quality standards.Job DescriptionSupply Chain Strategy:Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business goals and improve operational efficiency.Analyze market trends and supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.Procurement & Supplier Management:Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of supply.Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.Inventory Management:Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and procurement teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.Logistics & Distribution:Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.Work with transportation providers to optimize shipping routes and manage freight costs.Collaboration & Leadership:Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.Lead and mentor supply chain team members to drive performance and professional growth.Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure supply chain operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.Performance Monitoring:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain efficiency.Generate regular reports and present insights to senior management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
