They are looking to continue to grow their company in the US!Job DescriptionApplies historical sales channel data, trends, and qualitative information to predict demand for a wide-ranging product collection comprising more than 3,000 individual stock keeping units (SKUs).Generates inventory targets, encompassing ABC categorization for inventory prioritization, and actively oversees inventory levels to bolster operational efficiency, elevate service levels, and optimize capital investments.Monitors and reports on crucial supply chain metrics, including forecast precision, inventory turnover, punctual delivery, stockouts, and inventory quantities.Identifies and enacts novel metrics and reports to steer continuous enhancements in overall supply chain performance.Analyzes and enhances the movement of inventory by conducting demand projection and prediction, defining suitable reorder thresholds, and managing expedited, deferred, and diverted processes.Collaborates with cross-functional Supply Chain teams to identify and tackle enduring critical supply limitations.Assesses the impact of introducing new items on existing production processes through factory capacity analysis.Supervises supply chain levels for a variety of product lines and guarantees availability across multiple warehouse locations.Communicates intricate analyses and reports effectively to a diverse set of stakeholders, encompassing sales, marketing, operations, logistics, procurement, and finance teams.Fosters strategic decision-making by furnishing insights and suggestions rooted in data for supply chain refinement, cost reduction, and process augmentation.Undertakes additional responsibilities as necessary and as requested.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
