About Our Client


Job Description

* Execute on project tasks as required across supply chain functions, including Procurement, Planning and Production Scheduling, Master Data Management, Operations/Production, Logistics, and Outbound Supply Chain / Customer Supply Chain.
* Gather and consolidate data, with focus on analyzing and delivering actionable insights for project decisions and strategies
* Support project strategies development with the North America Supply Chain Director and SCR team
* Capture, track, and report on key project metrics, including project financials and timeline targets
* Support the North America Supply Chain Director in establishing and managing the Program Management Office (PMO) for the Supply Chain Reinvention initiative. This includes creating project templates and timelines, and establishing communications cadence and approach within the SCR team and with broader stakeholder groups
* Liaise with SCR team members and stakeholders to confirm proper resourcing and information sharing is provided to execute and deliver project targets, and ensure on-time completion of critical tasks

* Establish and manage meeting and communications cadence for the SCR Program, including creation of key presentation materials, taking and distributing meeting minutes, and documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from project meetings
* Manage and update the Program calendar, with tracking of key project activities and deadlines

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a Supply Chain related field
* 5 years minimum experience in Supply Chain fields. Experience within manufacturing and logistics in a FMCG environment preferred
* Demonstrated analytical skills, with strong understanding of data management and data hygiene, and data visualization practices
* Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
* Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and presentation skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Powerpoint, and SharePoint
* Experience with SAP preferred
* Demonstrated ability to work on tight timelines
