They are a small but growing team looking for a Supply Planner to join their team.Job DescriptionDevelop production plans and coordinate with 3PL vendors the movement of inventory and suppliesCreate and maintain supply plan for multiple product lines and submit timely purchase orders to suppliersTroubleshoot breakdowns among supply chain and provide creative solutions to unexpected events in a fast-paced environmentMaintain inventory levels in Netsuite ERP system and assist with reconciliation on a monthly basisWork with multiple departments on new product development opportunities and assess supply chain impact and needsDevelop relationship with key supply chain partners and manage business with partners on a daily basisEvaluate supply chain upstream and downstream for improved efficiency opportunities and productivity savingsCreate and maintain reports measuring key performance metrics to be distributed to multiple departmentsAnalyze financial feasibility for new supply chain or product opportunitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills to proactively maintain service levels and support cross functional goalsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
