The SVP, Regulatory Reporting will report into the Director of the Corporate Regulatory Reporting team. This individual will be responsible for reporting and control procedures to accurately prepare information required for financial reporting and analysis. In addition to,

  • Leading the analysis and review of the reporting of FR Y-9C and Call Report schedules including the financial results, trend comparisons from period to period and Board and Senior Management presentations
  • Reviewing supplemental reserve information on summary loss events for CCAR FR Y-14Q
  • Ensuing the FRY 14A is complete and accurate
  • Reviewing the 10Q disclosures
  • Play an integral part in designing, executing and enhancing quarterly review and close procedures to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to all stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree - essential
  • Masters Degree, MBA, or CPA - preferred
  • 10 + years of experience working in Financial Services - essential
  • Experience working with in Finance or Accounting supporting CCAR - preferred
