Description

The SVP, Financial Reporting will report into the Director of Financial Reporting for the Global Consumer Bank. This individual will be responsible for reporting and control procedures to accurately prepare information required for financial reporting and analysis. In addition to,

  • Ensuring complete and accurate financial information is provided for external disclosures for GCB, obtaining data and drafting new disclosures as a result of new accounting guidance or significant events during the quarter
  • Reviewing supplemental reserve information on summary loss events for CCAR FR Y-14Q
  • Ensuing the FRY 14A is complete and accurate
  • Reviewing the 10Q disclosures
  • Play an integral part in designing, executing and enhancing quarterly review and close procedures to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to all stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree - essential
  • Masters Degree, MBA, or CPA - preferred
  • 10 + years of experience working in Financial Services - essential
  • Experience working with in Finance or Accounting supporting CCAR - preferred
