System Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Workday ERP implementation, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget.
• 
  
  Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• 
  
  Ensure compliance with the clients governance framework and alignment with regulatory standards, including US GAAP.
• 
  
  Oversee integration and alignment of key systems such as Salesforce and Workiva with Workday and other enterprise platforms.
• 
  
  Engage and align stakeholders across business and IT, facilitating clear communication and expectation management.
• 
  
  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID logs, decision registers, and governance reports.
• 
  
  Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing and coordinating deliverables.
• 
  
  Collaborate with business SMEs and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable project outcomes.
