Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and workforce planning.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and identify ideal candidate profiles.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.
  • Foster relationships with universities, technical schools, and industry associations to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Enhance the company's employer brand through outreach programs, job fairs, and online presence.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Mentor and develop junior recruitment staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor market trends.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
