Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, and other critical roles.
  • Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and local networking channels.
  • Develop and lead partnerships with local organizations and career fairs to attract top talent.
  • Plan and execute career fairs and recruiting events.
  • Design and improve recruitment workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing for manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering roles.
  • Must have experience working within manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success in hosting career fairs and developing partnerships with local organizations.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to build and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
