They are 150+ employees and growing.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Associate include:* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to design recruitment strategy and define search timelines* Partner with key stakeholders to identify hiring needs, top talent, and market trends* Build relationships with hiring managers, across a variety of departments, in managing the full-cycle recruitment process* Own the initial sourcing and talent identification process, conducting screens, and scheduling interviews* Research and identify multiple sourcing channels and create partnerships across diverse applicant pipelines* Ensure a positive candidate experience, while working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead on prioritizing communication and urgency to hire* Take ownership in leading our new hire on-boarding experience and manage the orientation program in conjunction with the People team* Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting, and various tasks as required with cross-functional HR* Keep track of recruiting trends and ensure best practices are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations* Continuously maintain and enforce highest standards of integrity, discretion, discipline, and accountabilityMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
