Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to become a key member of their vibrant HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the recruitment process, helping to create a positive and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Job Description

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings and reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and facilitating new hire onboarding.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to keep precise and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on offer negotiations and the preparation of employment contracts.
  • Lead orientation sessions to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company and understand its culture.
  • Organize and lead internal and external job fairs to attract potential talent.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.
  • Ensure all practices comply with labor regulations, internal policies, and industry best standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of two years of experience in high-volume recruitment
  • Solid understanding of employment laws, HR regulations, and industry best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Quick to learn and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing HR initiatives or projects
  • Proficient in HR systems and tools, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
