Job Description

-Manage full-cycle recruitment and be able to hire for a wide range of different roles

-Create a talent acquisition strategy that will ensure they get back to candidates and place all candidates in a timely fashion

-Create and utilize the ATS and HRIS systems to increase and improve the quality of the applicants

-Develop a pipeline of well qualified candidates by networking and using different ways to source

-Work with all different departments within the company to talk about what their needs and wants are and provide guidance on what you can do

-Employ recruitment marketing practices

-Be able to manage both full time and temporary staffing

-Lead the on and off boarding processes

-Participate and lead special projects as well as create recruitment initiatives

The Successful Applicant

-Bachelors degree is required

-Minimum of 5 years in a senior recruitment role or leading a recruitment team

-Experience in law firms or non-profits is preferred

-Commitment to the mission in front of them

-Innovative and exciting new ways to recruit for the team

-A proven track record of being able to place candidates quickly and have a deep understanding of their market

-Knowledge of ATS systems

-Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate with others

-Excellent listening skills and the ability to hear critiques, take them, and bring back better candidates

-Self-motivated individual who can meet deadlines without supervision
