Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
  • Work with hiring managers to determine needs
  • Offer manage potential candidates
  • Work on a global scale for recruiting
  • Manage and train junior talent employees
  • Plan for store opening and events and recruitment functions related
  • Own and manage recruitment related metrics

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of full-cycle retail recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in the retail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ATS
