Job Description

  • Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to attract, engage and assess talent (both active and passive), build innovative sourcing strategies, and to drive and manage candidate pipelines
  • Deliver recruitment communication including but not limited to search presentation materials, job descriptions, candidate profiles, interviewer/stakeholder communication, and candidate preparation
  • Coordinate employee on-boarding including new hire tickets, on-boarding plans, new hire setup, orientation, and 30/60/90 check ins
  • Lead the negotiation, approval, and offer process in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Maintain a best in-class client and candidate experience that embodies the companies values and ensures all candidates, offer or not, have the best experience with our brand
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, create a strong level of trust, effectively understand their business, team dynamics and business goals
  • Provide additional support to the HR team as assigned

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting or HR experience, consulting with and supporting hiring managers/leaders
  • Experience working in a fast-growing company with a focus on product, marketing, and engineering talent is highly preferred
  • Experience utilizing ATS and HRIS; Greenhouse and ADP experience preferred
  • Ability to operate with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality, while acting with a sense of urgency to solve problems
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and experience educating hiring managers on fair hiring practices
  • Strong consultation and negotiation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to cultivate relationships at all levels of the organization and work in a matrixed environment
  • Solid experience with multiple recruiting methods and processes including job boards, Linked In Recruiter and Handshake
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure a diverse candidate flow - must understand, reinforce and support an environment of inclusion
