Job Description

  • To provide an efficient, courteous and professional approach to NA Talent Development requests
  • Maintain confidentiality of private and confidential information
  • Support the production and collation of information for reporting purposes
  • Ensure that team and stakeholder communications are dealt with appropriately and in a timely fashion
  • Support administrative tasks in our LMS, ensuring all training is uploaded, assigned, recorded, and reported on appropriately
  • Generate and analyze Learning completion reporting and Learner feedback surveys
  • Assist with communicating and championing NA Talent Development initiatives with client groups.
  • Become certified in targeted Learning programming to facilitate when needed
  • Assist in the design, formatting, and editing of Learning materials including basic graphic design and copyrighting
  • Organize NA Talent Development resources in MS Teams for collaborative and archival purposes
  • Manage retail communication, tasks, and learner troubleshooting in retail communications portal
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support implementation and adoption of global talent development tools and initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with the Talent Development team and other business units to support and enable efficient coordination of learning events

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong presentation skills or facilitation experience preferred
  • Ability to work on more than one project at a time
  • Ability to process information from more than one source accurately
  • Professional attitude and approach to work
  • Ability to competently operate MS office & Zoom
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
