Job Description

  • Set clear objectives and outcomes for learning programming to demonstrate the quality of the learning, business impact, and learner feedback
  • Build and manage successful relationships between your stakeholders: Store managers, Regional Retail leadership, P&D and the Talent Development teams
  • Work with stakeholders to assess training needs and to define training priorities
  • Facilitate a variety of training solutions including subject areas such as Professional Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership Skills, Sales & Service, & Functional Job Skills for Retail
  • Plan and project manage the delivery of on boarding programs for new employees and new store openings to create effective and engaging on boarding experiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support implementation and adoption of global talent development tools and initiatives
  • Partner with Global Talent Development Design functions to create and refine new learning solutions for NA employees.
  • Review training materials and tailor the content of training materials to suit NA specifications, while remaining consistent with methodology and learning outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with the Talent Development team and other business units to support and enable efficient coordination of learning events
  • Support administrative tasks in our LMS, ensuring all training is deployed, recorded, and reported on appropriately
  • Assist with communicating and championing NA Talent Development initiatives with client groups.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a Training role - retail business desirable
  • Previous experience with Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Learning initiatives preferred
  • Strong Coaching, Instructional Design, & Facilitation Expertise both virtually and in-person.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work on more than one project at a time
  • Professional attitude and approach to work
  • Ability to competently operate MS office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
  • Previous experience with Learning Design software (Articulate, Rise, etc) preferred
  • Previous experience with a Learning Management system (Success Factors, Workday Learning) preferred
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Capable to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
