Job Description

  • Develop and implement talent development strategies and programs
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions
  • Collaborate with HR to align talent development initiatives with business objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and developments in talent development
  • Support the talent acquisition team in identifying and attracting top talent

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Development Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in learning & development or a similar role
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills - prior experience in DISC facilitationS preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members
  • High levels of creativity and innovation
  • A strong commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion
