Job Description
This role will include responsibility for:
· Delivery of small group on boarding workshops to new joiners
· Coaching of new joiners to up skill including role plays, call shadowing, and feedback
· Provide lunch and learns (adhoc training requests) to AC - SRCs (entry level - mid level non-management) on skill gaps as needed. Communicate feedback & recommendations to leadership.
· Delivery of New Hire Orientation
· Partner with senior trainers to develop content for programs / lunch & learn

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will possess:
· A successful track record as a recruiter, sales professional, and/or background in talent development
· A proven track record of positively impacting KPI metrics and revenue performance through coaching
· A proven ability to coach, develop and up-skill trainees in the classroom and in 1-on-1 training environments
· Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
· An ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload according to business needs
· Initiative to anticipate and deal with threats, problems or opportunities before they arise
· Commercial acumen coupled with a dynamic style that is capable of building instant credibility and having immediate impact
