Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of partnership tax compliance, including federal, state, and local tax filings.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and review tax provisions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide guidance on tax-related matters to internal stakeholders and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to address complex tax issues.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their potential impact on the organization.
  • Lead tax audits and manage interactions with tax authorities as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the tax department.
