Heavy emphasis on federal income tax, with potential exposure to international tax & transfer pricing as well as state & local tax (e.g.,., income/franchise tax, property tax, sales & use tax, etc.)Oversee tax financial reporting process with the support of the outside service provider, including calculating tax balances, reporting through the G/L and the company's BPM-based consolidation system, and managing audits of financial statement tax balances by the external auditor.Manage tax return compliance process in collaboration with outside service provider(s), including planning, coordination, preparation, and review.
