Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks within the Human Resources department.
  • Assist in the organization and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Provide support in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
  • Help maintain HR-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of HR-related events.
  • Support the HR team in the implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Handle routine correspondence and inquiries within the department.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Assistant should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
