Job Description

  • Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during client engagements and presentations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Assist in preparing detailed proposals and technical documentation to support sales efforts.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on offerings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met seamlessly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance client solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support and act as a point of contact for technical inquiries.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by identifying opportunities for growth.
