Technical Recruiter

As an Recruitment Consultant with Michael Page, you will:

• Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
• Manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale
• Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidate
• Understand the technology industry and speak with high level technology professionals
• Participate in an extensive training process to develop you into a world-class recruiter
• Mentor and develop entry level sales consultants across the office
• Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates
