  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of technical recruiting
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top tech companies and out of top technical colleges
  • Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
  • You are scrappy and resourceful with minimal to no guidance
  • You can think on your feet, but with enough humility to ask questions
  • You use a data driven approach to drive recruitment strategy and to continuously improve the hiring process
  • You have a track record of building diverse teams and equitable recruiting processes
  • You use a creative approach to take on challenges and find candidates for unique and niche roles

The Successful Applicant


  • You'll be working on sourcing, pitching, and building a pipeline of talented and diverse candidates while creating a great employer brand
  • You'll establish our employer brand to attract, educate and advise candidates on the value proposition
  • You'll actively work on building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline by implementing sourcing strategies for talented and diverse candidates
  • You'll manage the end to end recruitment process and coordination, using the Applicant Tracking System for our candidates, this includes setting the interview plan, scheduling interviews, monitoring interviewer feedback, etc
  • Drive candidates through the recruitment process in a timely manner to ensure an exceptional candidate experience - we care about the experience of all candidates that apply to us, whether they're right for the role or not
  • You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop strategies and then execute them
  • Influencing business leaders and educating hiring managers on process, interview best practices and decision making
  • You'll constantly improve our process of attracting, engaging, interviewing and closing hiring positions
  • Own relationships with business leaders, managing the recruiting relationship through regular, data supported, business review conversations
