  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting and sourcing
  • Ability to take personal accountability for delivering outcomes. This includes personal follow through, making and defending difficult decisions and trade offs, removing blockers, and driving collective progress

The Successful Applicant

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive technical recruiting experience, sourcing and closing candidates
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent industry experience & training
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, diversity sourcing and interview process management.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
