Job Description

    1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitors in the refractory metals industry.
    2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in targeted industries.
    3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    4. Lead Generation/Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and leveraging existing connections.
    5. Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
    6. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our refractory metals, their applications, and unique value propositions to effectively communicate with clients.
    7. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical information to prospective clients.
    8. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring favorable agreements for both the company and the client.
    9. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and marketing effectiveness to the leadership team.

The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics Engineering, Material Sciences, Chemistry, related field.
    • 3-5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing space.
    • Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within the refractory metals or related industry.
    • Strong technical knowledge of refractory metals and their applications.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to travel as needed.
