Technology and Procurement Counsel

• Draft, negotiate and advise internal clients on a wide range of procurement and commercial contracts including: software licenses, cloud contracts, SaaS agreements, BPO outsourcing, ITO outsourcing, hosting, hardware, sponsorship, advertising, IT agreements, IP agreements, etc.
• Draft and negotiate agreements for procurement of other goods and services including consulting services, business process outsourcing, and information technology-related services
• Provide licensing, outsourcing, technology, privacy, other commercial legal and related regulatory advice
• Provide advice regarding data privacy, InfoSec requirements and related contractual provisions
