Technology Investment Banking Associate

• Conduct extensive financial modeling and valuation of potential acquisition targets
• Preparation of proposals, transaction marketing materials and other written materials for meetings with clients
• Perform research and various analyses in support of new business generation
• Monitors client, client industry, and regulatory agencies for potential changes that may affect client
• Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
