Job Description

You will be joining at a pivotal growth phase for the firm, in turn presenting a number of opportunities for the successful candidate. In this role, you will leverage existing client agreements of a global business while bringing on new accounts in profitable markets, specific to Technology.

Specifics include:

  • Ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for a number of key and high-profile business areas
  • Involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful output
  • Maintaining and creating relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers
  • Utilize all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline
  • Actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools
  • Be a recruitment best practice champion into the business
  • Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets
  • Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks
  • Maintain critical metrics and provide promote the highest data integrity within reporting

The Successful Applicant

The ideal profile will have years of client and candidate facing technology recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment. Specific attributes should include;

  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
  • 2-5 years progressive recruitment (full desk) experience
  • Consistent and successful sales track record
  • An ambitious, outgoing personality and a will to win
  • Desire or experience in leading a team, a plus for leadership
