Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Technology Support Analyst for a law firm include:



  • Providing technical support to attorneys and staff for hardware, software, mobile devices, and legal-specific applications.


  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and conferencing tools.


  • Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues quickly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.


  • Supporting legal technology platforms, such as document management systems, timekeeping software, and e-discovery tools.


  • Collaborating with IT teams on system upgrades, security protocols, and software rollouts.


  • Training users on new technologies and best practices for using firm-approved systems and tools.


  • Maintaining detailed documentation of support tickets, procedures, and system configurations.
