Job Description

  • Provide first-level technical support to internal users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, software applications, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to implement upgrades and enhancements.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Support the onboarding process by setting up technology for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
  • Provide guidance and training to users on technology best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technology Support Specialist should have:

  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
