Job Description

Coordinate and manage all testing activities during every stage of the project life cycle.
Develop and implement testing strategies and plans relating to Dayforce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software system efficiency.
Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, or content.
Monitor bug resolution efforts and track success rates.
Develop and implement automated testing systems where applicable.
Ensure that all testing activities meet compliance and industry standards.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the development team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Testing Lead' should have:

A strong background in software testing and quality assurance.
Extensive Dayforce experience.
Exposure with Jira.
Proficiency in automated testing systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of Transport & Distribution industry standards and compliance requirements.
