Job Description
- Design 3D preforms for development and production programs
- Perform FMEA to maintain stable processes
- Create process documentation and work instructions
- Support periodic technical project updates and reviews
- Interface with customers and other departments
- Identify methods to reduce APC through labor utilization and yield improvement

The Successful Applicant
- BS Engineering Degree (necessary) MA/AE/EE a plus
- 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering
- Composite or aerospace experience a plus
- SolidWorks and application of Lean principles and tools
- Can learn design software quickly and efficiently
