This firm is looking for various levels of Project Managers within commercial construction.

Job Description

The Commercial Assistant Project Manager - Construction will:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to create material take-offs.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Marketing and presentation skills.
  • Should be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Assistant Project Manager (Construction) candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum of two (2) year's experience managing multiple commercial projects over $10M in value
  • Have experience commercial projects both Ground Up and renovations
  • Have experience with Steel Frame and CMU Builds
