Job Description
- Assist with all Tier II related IT issues
- Respond to requests
- Manage Tickets
- Assist Tier I Support personal with any issues that they need to escalate

The Successful Applicant
- 2+ years of Tier II IT Support experience
- Strong experience with customer service
- Must be patient and able to deal with difficult people
- You are a Self-Starting problem solver
- Must be fully vaccinated and able to come into the office in Manhattan 5 days/week
