Job Description

  • Assist with all Tier II related IT issues
  • Respond to requests
  • Manage Tickets
  • Assist Tier I Support personal with any issues that they need to escalate

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of Tier II IT Support experience
  • Strong experience with customer service
  • Must be patient and able to deal with difficult people
  • You are a Self-Starting problem solver
  • Must be fully vaccinated and able to come into the office in Manhattan 5 days/week
